Friday, December 31, 2010 .... 2010 and to close my cooking is not what mgliore end of a meal of the season ... simple ... cool ... slightly alcoholic ... how this "jelly to 'Orange' ...



p.ne x 8 Ingredients:
1 liter of orange juice filtered

300 grams of sugar

30 gr of isinglass

white rum or Grand Marnier (I used the 2nd)

Almond Oil Whipped Cream

It goes well with a glass of wine Moscato.
