Cylinders with Eggplant - Prosciutto - Dairy sprayed

Since Easter I will work First I prepared this dish that I put in the freezer and give the final touch in the oven Sunday.
Ingredients:
4 sheets of dough to pie "Rana G."
2 Eggplants
150 grams of cooked ham
150 grams of cheese Dairy
150 g Grana
Tomato Sauce
oil for frying Flour Salt
Peel and cut eggplant into slices ... season with salt ... and leave them in a colander for 30 minutes to lose the bitter water that expel.
Boil pasta in salted water for a couple of minutes and place it in a towel to cool.
dry and flour and fry eggplant slices and place on absorbent paper.
On each sheet of pastry and place the ham eggplant petals cheese dairy.
Roll and cut into cylinders of 5 ..... place them in a pan with the bottom covered with a thin layer of tomato sauce and sprinkle with the remaining sauce the cylinders, sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and bake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
