..... I am finally here after the summer break with a "sweetness" that is my forte .....
Ingredients:
300 / 350 grams of flour
150 g sugar 150 g butter
250 grams of almonds with their skins
2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla
a small vial of vanilla flavor
2 teaspoons of baking powder 1 pinch of salt
Powdered sugar 1 jar of jam with Wild Berries
Toast the almonds and chop them roughly with the crescent.
Mix flour with sugar, almonds, baking powder, salt, vanilla and the tube.
Add the cold butter pieces and eggs.
Work quickly and put in fridge for a couple of hours.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and spread 3 / 4 of the dough, cover with jam, forming a grid with the remaining dough.
Bake at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
