... a variant of the classic Frico with Potatoes .....
Ingredients: 500 gr Green Asparagus
Montasio 500 grams of semi - mature
1 / 2 Onion
Olive oil Salt-Pepper
Slice the onion and simmer in a pan with a little oil.
